St. John’s church has a rich history. This history must be shared with all. The following audio selections are from an interview with our friend, +Wlliam Kobasz, of blessed memory. Bill was a parish officer for many years, having served in many of the various offices. But most importantly, he was a living history book, not just of the parish but of the faith. Bill was as "old school" as it got and he was not shy about voicing his concerns over liturgical innovations that puled away form our heritage. His greatest love was of the music of our people, the Carpatho-Rusyn Plain Chant ... it was a part of his soul. These are a few of his lifelong recollections of the church.
